1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours of purchase, provided they are not shipped.

• If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may still return it under our refund policy 

2. Order Cancellation by Swipe Labs

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

• A full refund will be issued if Swipe Labs cancels your order.
