    At Swipe Labs, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

    • Items without original packaging or missing components.

    • Customized or special-order products.

    3. Return Process

    1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@swipelabs.online within 7 days of receiving your product.

    2. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

    3. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return shipping.

    4. Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    5. Replacements & Exchanges

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).

    • Exchanges for a different product are not permitted unless agreed upon in writing.

    • Exchanges and replacement will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

    6. Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at support@swipelabs.online.

    • If the order has already been shipped, standard return rules apply.
